Alec Buico was born and raised in Boca Raton Florida, having an extensive knowledge and understanding of the South Florida market, making him a valuable asset for clients. As head of leasing and sales at Prakas & Company, Alec specializes in all facets of commercial leasing, including tenant and landlord representation, contract negotiation and business development.

Prior to joining Prakas & Company, Mr. Buico has extensive experience working in investment sales and marketing. Now he is spearheading the South Florida’s retail leasing and sales division under Prakas & Company. His expertise and knowledge within the Florida retail market gives him the competitive advantage to better assist a client over most other Florida brokers.

Alec represents many owners and developers with focus on leasing and selling of new, existing, redevelopment, and mixed-use assets throughout South Florida.

Alec, graduating from Boca Raton High School, holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in 2016.
